A real person reads every message. Whether you have spotted a mistake in a lesson, want to use our material with your class, or need something done about your data — write to us.

What people usually write to us about

  • A mistake in a lesson — a wrong answer key, a typo, an explanation that does not hold up. These are the messages we act on fastest.
  • Teaching with our material — using VEA with a class is free and encouraged; ask if you are unsure what is allowed.
  • Your data — a copy of your account data, a correction, or full deletion. See the Privacy Policy for what you can ask for.
  • Advertising — if an ad on the site is deceptive, broken or offensive, tell us and we will block it.
  • Accessibility — if something here is hard to use with a screen reader or a keyboard, we want to know.
  • Security — please report anything you find to us before disclosing it publicly.

By email

You can always write directly to virtuousenglishacademy@outlook.com. That inbox is monitored by the academy team and is the fastest route for anything urgent.

We aim to reply within two working days. Data requests are answered within 30 days, as the GDPR requires.

If you use the form on this page, it delivers to that same inbox. Either route reaches the same people — the form simply saves you opening your mail client. If the form ever reports a problem, the email address above always works.

Who runs this site

Virtuous English Academy is an independent English-learning publisher operating at virtuousenglishacademy.com. We write and maintain every lesson, story and exercise on the site ourselves — the material is not licensed in from a third party or generated and left unchecked.

The academy is run by a small editorial team led by Vugar Novruzov, Academy Director, who signs the CEFR progress certificates the site issues. Lessons are reviewed against the Common European Framework before publication, and corrections reported by readers are applied to the live pages rather than queued for a future edition.

We are reachable at virtuousenglishacademy@outlook.com for editorial, privacy, accessibility, advertising and press enquiries alike. There is no separate switchboard — the same inbox handles all of them.

How to write a message we can act on

Most messages we cannot resolve quickly are missing one small detail. If you are reporting a problem, these four things let us fix it on the first reply rather than the third:

  • The page address — paste the URL from your browser bar. "The past simple lesson" could be any of several pages.
  • What you expected and what happened — for a wrong answer key, tell us which answer you chose and why you believe it is right.
  • Your device and browser — only for display or interaction problems, where it usually explains everything.
  • A screenshot — optional, but it resolves layout and rendering reports faster than any description.

You do not need an account to report anything, and we do not ask for one. Corrections are welcome anonymously.

Elsewhere

We post lessons and study tips as @virtuousenglishacademy on Instagram and TikTok. Direct messages there are read, but email is more reliable for anything that needs a proper answer.

What we cannot help with

We are a small team writing free lessons. We cannot mark your homework, sit an exam for you, provide personalised one-to-one tutoring, or issue an accredited qualification — our certificates record your progress here and are not an official exam result.
